Our mobile bar service offers a distinctive and visually appealing experience, complete with professional bartenders, a fully equipped bar, and an assortment of quality drink essentials such as cups, napkins, straws, and mixers!

Any and every event you’re hosting! We serve any event from weddings, to birthday parties, to work events, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.

Each event is a little different depending on what kind of drinks would like to be served, how many people will be attending, where the event is, and how long the event will be.

We are based right outside of Charlotte, NC and can travel all over North Carolina!

We serve anything from specialty cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, anything you want!

In North Carolina, mobile bars typically cannot provide alcohol due to state regulations. The person hiring the mobile bar service is required to supply the alcohol and obtain a one-time alcohol permit as per local laws, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

We sure do! Depending on the size of the event, we provide enough bartenders to make the guests have a great experience!

We sure can! If there is an entry way that fits the size of the trailer being: 14.5ft x 8ft x 8ft

We also provide a bar stand to make the process simpler!

Bre’s Bar On Wheels has liquor liability insurance along with general liability insurance.

We do require a power outlet to be plugged into. We provide extension cords.

Once we have chosen a date and set price, we will send over an invoice and contract. A 50% deposit is required the date of booking to secure your date.

We can either bring the bar inside if it fits, move all of our material to an inside bar provided by the venue, or we can use our own mobile bar stand!
